Formed in 2022, the 4 piece alt-rock band BLOCKADE features hard-hitting rock riffs and beatdowns, with melodic and heartfelt vocals that never fail to impress.

Hailing from London in the UK, Blockade was formed during the COVID pandemic lockdown by Jack Messer and Jack Reynolds who began trading riffs and song ideas over Instagram and slowly began creating a variety of demos.

As time continued, Luke Mccormick joined the band as their bass player, enabling the 3 members to continue pursuing writing demos and playing together.

Through the power of social media Joey Mac Newell, the bands singer, joined the force with his driving, strong male vocal ability & emotional input to songwriting.
